Employee Referral Bonuses
We recognize that our internal staff is connected to some of the finest professionals in their fields. The recommendation of a peer within the company is an invaluable tool in building our core group of exceptional performers and should be rewarded. Therefore, Interferometrics offers employee referral bonuses in the amount of $1,000 when the referred candidate begins work and an additional $1,500 when the referred candidate passes their three month anniversary with the company.
Vacation Payouts
Any accrued vacation leave in excess of the 80 hours that can be carried over into the next calendar year will be paid out on the first paycheck in January.
Spot Bonuses
Spot bonuses will be awarded throughout the year to employees for exceptional performance.
Annual Reviews
Annual reviews will be processed from April to June and distributed in July. Employees may be eligible for salary increases at that time.
*Note*Employees must be employed by Interferometrics at the time of payment to receive bonuses and vacation payouts.
