Employee Referral Bonus
$1,000 when the referred candidate begins work and an additional $1,500 if that employee remains with the company for three months.
Education Reimbursement
Up to $2,500 per year; dispersed funds must be repaid if the employee leaves the company of their own volition before the one year anniversary of company payment.
Total Billability Bonus
Billable employees receive bonuses based on hours worked; bonuses are calculated on a weekly basis and paid out monthly. These figures accrue annually and the total is matched at a rate of 50-100%, based on employee performance, and paid out as an additional annual bonus on the first paycheck of the following year.
Vacation and Vacation Payout
Accrues at the rate of three weeks a year from employee’s start date. Up to 80 hours accrued hours may be carried over into the next calendar year; hours accrued in excess of 80 hours will be paid out on the first paycheck of the following year.
Holidays
Interferometrics observes all ten Federal holidays; employees can work on a holiday and “bank” that holiday for use at any time during the calendar year.
PTO (Sick leave)
Each employee receives one week PTO per year.
Spot Bonuses
Performance-based bonuses are paid based on work-related criteria, exceptional performance, and successful business development efforts on the part of the employee.
Performance Reviews
Performance reviews are conducted annually for the purposes of evaluation, employee growth tracking, and potential pay increases.
Overtime
Where available contractually it is paid as straight time on an hourly basis.
