Position Description:
- Conduct and provide Quality Control Reports on cable production for external customers
- Review the group’s analytic product for substance, accuracy, and adherence to DI tradecraft
- Help develop new standardized templates for group products and ensure they are disseminated in line with applicable IC standards
- Prepare concise, well-organized products for senior customer and IC customers
Candidates must have a background in terrorism and CT analysis and must have extensive knowledge of IC dissemination rules and procedures. Must be conversant in cable writing. Must have experience handling operational message traffic.
Specialized Qualifications:
Extensive experience with information systems development, functional and data requirements analysis, systems analysis and design, and documentation preparation. Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communications skills, including giving formal presentations to different audience levels.
Mandatory Skills:
- Must have at least 5 years experience working in the DI style.
- Must have at least 5 years experience editing both finished intelligence and targeting products.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a social science or related field and preferably a Master’s Degree.
- Must have certification and/or extensive coursework from the Kent School or comparable IC training program.
