Profit Center Manager

The key ingredient to successful implementation of the Profit Center Management Program is the identification of the Profit Center Manager (PCM). Due to the complex nature of the enterprise, the position will require a dynamic combination of skills. This opportunity is unique and not everyone will qualify. Candidates will be evaluated by Interferometrics and may or may not be approved as a PCM. The ideal candidate will be an expert in his/her technical discipline, with leadership as well as functional experience. The PCM will have a demonstrated track record of delivering exceptional solutions to customers, an ability to apply past performance expertise across multiple business areas, and exceptional communication skills to convey information to a broad and diverse audience. The PCM will have a keen sense of where business opportunities exist, the ability to leverage relationships to create revenue, and a thriving entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate must be legally unencumbered by existing agreements with other firms to effectively pursue opportunities. The PCM will be creating their own business unit within the company, so they must be capable of creating a talented and robust team (with support and staffing expertise from the company), developing and delivering a winning solution, and managing a project comprehensively. In the execution of the role the PCM will report directly to the Interferometrics CEO. The right PCM will create added value, revenue, and expertise for the company and will receive a contract-based, guaranteed income stream, in addition to salary and benefits, for themselves.
The PCM and Interferometrics will enter into a legally binding contract that will cover all elements of the relationship between the PCM and Interferometrics. This document will include a Non-Disclosure agreement, a Non-Compete agreement, and detail the percentage of profit from any resulting contract that will be guaranteed to the PCM once they become an employee. This program does not relate to overall Company profits, but relates only to the specific contract(s) on which the PCM is engaged.
