Clearance: Top Secret/SCI/CI Polygraph
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
• Uses multiple IC databases to research and perform analysis
o Accurately summarize large volumes of reporting and extract relevant identity data
• Perform enhancement searches and update TIDE on new nominations
• Research for fragmentary nominations, names with no additional identifiers, nominations that do not meet watchlisting standards, and nominations that need additional derogatory data to upgrade watchlisting status
• Should have experience with TIDE/watchlisting
• Identify, summarize, and convey clearly and concisely identity-related intelligence gaps for passage to management
Mandatory skills:
• Bachelors Degree
• Ability to develop cross-organizational partnerships
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Prior IC or joint command experience
• Ability to handle/delegate competing priorities and assess current developments while possessing the capability to brief senior consumers in a dynamically-changing environment.
• Ability to write/brief, clearly and concisely, often under tight deadlines
